Booking
A booking is confirmed once we have sent you written confirmation (WhatsApp, SMS or email) stating the route, date, time, vehicle and price.
Prices
Prices are quoted in euros, including tolls, fuel and 10% VAT (the VAT amount is shown on your booking summary and confirmation). Fares shown on the website are indicative; the price confirmed at booking is final unless the itinerary changes.
Hourly hire
Hourly hire with chauffeur is booked for a minimum of 3 hours, counted from the booked pick-up time to the end of the service. Kilometres driven within 50 km (as the crow flies) of central Paris are included. Kilometres driven beyond this zone are charged at the vehicle's per-kilometre rate and confirmed in advance. Extra hours requested on the day are charged at the same hourly rate, subject to availability. No night surcharge applies to hourly hire.
Waiting time
For airport pickups, waiting time linked to normal flight delays is included. Additional waiting at the client's request may be charged.
Cancellation
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up; the amount already paid online is refunded in full. Within 24 hours of pick-up, or if the passenger does not show up, the fare may be charged.
Luggage and passengers
The number of passengers and pieces of luggage must be stated at booking and must not exceed the capacity of the vehicle.
Liability
Our vehicles and chauffeurs are covered by the insurance required by law for the public transport of passengers. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (traffic, weather, roadworks), but we always monitor them to protect your schedule.
