Booking, prices and service
How is the price of my journey calculated?
Fares are calculated per kilometre with a degressive rate: the longer the journey, the lower the price per kilometre. In a V-Class, for example, the first 50 km cost €3.50/km and every kilometre beyond 300 km costs €2.15/km. The S-Class, Maybach GLS and Cadillac Escalade follow the same scale from their own rate. Use the instant estimate, then send us your request: we confirm a fixed price before you travel.
Do you really drive anywhere in France?
Yes. We specialise in long journeys from Paris and its airports to Normandy, Champagne and Burgundy, and we accept any other destination in France on request.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your chauffeur follows your flight in real time and adjusts the pickup to your actual landing time. You never have to call us to report a delay.
Where will my chauffeur meet me at the airport?
In the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. At Le Bourget we meet you at your FBO.
Can I book for more than three passengers?
Yes. The V-Class carries up to 7 passengers, the Cadillac Escalade up to 6 and the Maybach GLS up to 4. A supplement of €10 per passenger applies from the fourth passenger.
How do I book?
Book online in two minutes: enter your addresses, choose your vehicle and receive your confirmation by email. For groups of more than 7 people, several vehicles or special services, send us the request form on the contact page, or a WhatsApp message.
We are more than 7 people: can you drive us?
Yes. We send two or more Mercedes V-Class travelling together (7 passengers each). Use the group request form on our contact page and we reply within the hour with one fixed quote for the whole group.
Are tolls and fuel included?
Yes. The price we confirm includes tolls, fuel and the chauffeur. Parking during a day trip is included in the day-trip quote.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, free of charge on request. Tell us the age of each child when you book.
How do I pay?
Payment terms are confirmed with your booking. Contact us for the options available.
Can I cancel my booking?
Contact us as early as possible; cancellation conditions are given in our terms and conditions.
Do your chauffeurs speak English?
Yes, our chauffeurs speak English and French.
Can you drive outside France?
Yes, on request: Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland and other neighbouring countries. Ask us for a quote.
Travelling as a group or need something special?
More than 7 passengers, several vehicles, a chauffeur for the whole day, a wedding or an event: our online booking is made for one vehicle, so send us your request instead. We reply within the hour with a tailor-made fixed quote, by email, WhatsApp or phone, as you prefer.
